In this project in Ammerbuch, the placement of the building was precisely coordinated with the design of the terrace. The orientation of the garden house follows the orientation of the pool, creating a completely uniform and harmonious overall picture. This symmetry anchors the object firmly in the garden architecture and ensures a calm, orderly appearance. The building also precisely closes the gap between the existing shrubs and the property boundary. This transforms a functional element into a design statement that consistently continues the modern design language of the residential building.
To maximise everyday comfort, the sliding door was integrated on the short side of the house. This design creates the necessary space for manoeuvring, making it easy to park and unpark bicycles or technical equipment. A special detail is the high-quality ESG glazing: it gives the cube a modern lightness and provides natural daylight inside without compromising privacy. As the material is completely weatherproof and maintenance-free, this high-quality look will be retained for decades. The result is a durable solution that perfectly combines aesthetics and utility.
