In Mellingen, a combination of two different cabinet modules was created to make efficient use of the available space on the roof terrace. A special feature of the sideboard is its customised interior layout. A special cut-out for the existing tap has been integrated here. This detailed planning ensures that the connections disappear discreetly into the furniture, but remain accessible for daily use at all times. Such weatherproof roof terrace cabinets not only offer storage space, but also neatly integrate the necessary building services into the overall picture, which significantly increases their everyday utility.
To complement the sideboard, a tall cabinet was installed that is specially designed to hold long-handled items such as brooms and other cleaning equipment. The vertical design makes optimum use of the available wall space without restricting freedom of movement on the terrace. The simple white colour scheme of the fronts creates a calm appearance that blends in well with the modern architecture of the surroundings. As these weatherproof roof terrace cabinets are made of HPL, the contents are protected from moisture and the furniture itself is permanently maintenance-free, as it does not need to be painted or laboriously cared for.
