This project in Kissing impressively demonstrates what can be achieved with precise planning and skilled craftsmanship. While many suppliers will only carry out installation if there is a generous working space of at least one metre around the building, we go one crucial step further. This modern tool shed was fitted with only 5 cm between the house wall and the property boundary. Despite this extreme narrowness, the façade screws were professionally installed from the outside – a technical challenge that shows that we can find solutions even where conventional systems reach their limits. This approach guarantees the customer maximum utilisation of their property area.
The depth of detail in the planning is also evident in the vertical dimension of the building: the total height was calculated precisely so that the ventilation of the extractor hood in the kitchen above is not impaired. The room module thus blends in perfectly with the existing appearance. For optimal logistics on the property, a passage solution with two sliding doors was also chosen. This will be particularly beneficial once the courtyard entrance and fences are finally completed. This means that the garden remains accessible from both sides at all times despite the boundary construction, while weatherproof storage for high-quality equipment is created inside.
