In densely populated urban areas such as Graz, high-quality outdoor space is a precious commodity. Often, the balcony or terrace is the only private open space, which is why intelligent use of space is a top priority here. In this project in the Styrian capital, a large balcony cabinet was installed, which, with a width of 195 cm and a depth of 60 cm, fits exactly into the existing niche. In a modern medium grey colour, the tall cabinet appears unobtrusive and elegant despite its enormous volume. It offers sufficient space for all the items that need to be stored in everyday urban life – from bulky cushions to tools – thus creating a tidy atmosphere that visually enlarges the balcony.
The durability of furniture is particularly important in city apartments, where logistics and transport through narrow stairwells or lifts often pose a challenge. A large balcony cabinet must remain functional for decades without requiring costly maintenance or even replacement. The use of solid HPL panels ensures absolute weather resistance and colour fastness, even in intense UV radiation or frost. The handle-free front design with modern handle olive underlines the purist design claim and ensures a calm appearance in outdoor areas. Professional on-site installation ensures that the system is stable and precisely aligned. This transforms a simple storage space into an element that sustainably increases the quality of living and makes urban life more comfortable.
