Located in one of Munich's most exclusive residential areas, between Bogenhausen and Grünwald, this reference project shows how a modern garden storage unit can be harmoniously integrated into a high-end environment. The building is extremely accessible thanks to its close proximity to the large sliding door leading to the terrace. This makes it the ideal place to store large everyday items or bulky equipment that needs to be close at hand in the living area. The short distances and functional placement ensure that the terrace always remains tidy without interrupting the aesthetic flow of the garden architecture.
The building impresses with its striking flat roof look, which consistently picks up and continues the clean lines of the modern residential building. In a sophisticated environment such as this, a property must be convincing in terms of both appearance and quality across the board. The maintenance-free surfaces and precise workmanship guarantee that this exclusive equipment shed will retain its high-quality appearance even after many years, without the need for any reworking.
