In Wolfsburg, we realised this generously dimensioned project, which impresses with its clean integration into the existing topography. A key technical feature of this design is the drainage system installed directly in front of the building. This system ensures that rainwater can drain away immediately and that no moisture accumulates in the threshold area. Such design details are essential for protecting the building fabric from the effects of weather in the long term and guaranteeing a consistently dry and clean environment. The modern garden building thus remains well protected even during heavy rainfall and retains its high-quality appearance over the long term.
Despite its impressive XXL dimensions, this outdoor module has a pleasantly light and elegant appearance thanks to a deliberate mix of materials. The combination of smooth, maintenance-free HPL surfaces and glass elements creates a transparent look that blends seamlessly into the existing appearance. This open design makes the building an integral part of the outdoor area. The clear lines and high-quality workmanship underline the architectural standards of the entire property. The result is a versatile space that combines functionality and design at the highest level and noticeably enhances the quality of outdoor living.
