In this project in the Berlin region, the storage solution was positioned so that it forms the spatial boundary of the property. The choice of anthracite colour is based on the architecture of the main house, while the surrounding parapet creates a clear structural frame. Placing it on a flush floor slab allows barrier-free access, which makes it easier to roll in heavy equipment.
The base of the structure is a sturdy spruce wood frame system, which provides the static foundation for the large HPL wall elements. This construction method ensures high resistance to warping and long-lasting weather resistance without additional maintenance. The roof system is equipped with an integrated drainage system that ensures clean water runoff. Inside, variable shelving systems allow for efficient organisation of garden utensils.
