In an exclusive residential area in Munich, an extraordinary garden solution was realised that combines wellness and functionality at the highest level. This modern pool house with overhang was integrated into the existing garden landscape to create a central retreat directly by the swimming pool. The striking roof overhangs on the front and side surfaces not only give the building a floating, light appearance, but also provide structural weather protection for the façade and the adjacent lounge area. Two discreet spotlights have been integrated into the overhang, providing atmospheric lighting for the pool terrace in the evening hours and effectively emphasising the architectural lines of the property.

Integrated outdoor shower and protected technology in the maintenance-free garden shed

A special functional highlight is the outdoor shower installed at the rear on the narrow right-hand side. Its placement under the roof overhang protects the shower area from direct weathering from above, while all the technology and supply lines are protected from frost and concealed inside the garden shed. This separation ensures long-lasting use of the fittings and preserves the clean look of the exterior façade. The combination of generous storage space for the pool technology inside and the elegant outdoor pool area makes this facility a valuable addition to sophisticated private gardens where design and technical intelligence go hand in hand.
