Pool technology house as central technical hub by the pool

This pool technology house is located in Oberhausen (North Rhine-Westphalia) directly at the pool and combines all pool technology in a separate, enclosed structure. Inside, the technology is installed in such a way that the pool builder has sufficient space for the filter system, piping and controls – easily accessible, clearly arranged and with reserves for later adjustments.

To the left of the pool technology house, a foundation for the heat pump has already been prepared. The heat pump will thus be located directly next to the technology centre, but will remain visually separate from the pool area. Cable routes remain short, and service and maintenance work can be carried out easily without disturbing the pool area itself.

The HPL construction ensures that the pool equipment room is permanently weather-resistant, dimensionally stable and easy to maintain – a decisive factor when pumps, filters and controls need to be safely housed all year round. The right-hand wall was also clad with HPL afterwards to create a uniform appearance and ensure that the pool equipment room blends in neatly with the property.

The result is a technically clean and visually neat solution: the pool equipment house accommodates all the pool technology, the prepared location for the heat pump is right next to it – and the pool area remains free of visible technology, cables or temporary solutions.
