In this garden of a terraced house, space was clearly limited from the outset. The small tool shed makes use of the narrow area at the edge of the property and creates storage space for garden tools, folding chairs and cushions without reducing the usable garden area. The smooth-running sliding door is easy to operate even in tight spaces – ideal when the patio, flower bed and path are close together.
At the same time, the small tool shed has a second function: it screens the garden from the street, creating more privacy in everyday life. The dark pane and anthracite-coloured HPL cladding reflect the modern look of the house and appear much more sophisticated than a classic wooden shed or a simple privacy fence. The result is a small tool shed that combines storage space and privacy in a compact, clean-lined structure.
