Many conventional storage solutions made of aluminium or plastic have the disadvantage of being very light due to their low material thickness. This often means that they have to be laboriously anchored to the floor or wall to prevent them from slipping or tipping over in strong winds. Our solidly constructed sideboard offers a decisive advantage here, as the high weight of the materials used ensures natural stability. With a width of 150 cm and a weight of just under 90 kg, the piece of furniture stands securely in place and can withstand even strong gusts of wind without the need for additional fastenings to the ground.
Wind load is a particularly important consideration on roof terraces or balconies on higher floors. The more exposed a location is, the greater the impact of the forces of nature on the furnishings. While lightweight cabinets can often pose a risk here, the heavy construction made of high-quality HPL panels offers the necessary security. The furniture will not be blown away by the wind and will remain in place even in stormy weather. This robustness makes the cabinet a durable and safe investment for all outdoor areas exposed to harsh weather conditions, as its mass guarantees lasting stability.
